Hopping back on the Thrift Train

January 20, 2011

It had been a while since I’d been thrifting (or shopping, for that matter), but I finally made it to my local Goodwill over the weekend. Definitely walked away happy!

Drawing from Katy’s recent experience, I decided to make sure I could put together outfits using each piece — that really is the best way to incorporate them into a wardrobe, after all.

So here’s what I came up with…

Obviously I’m most proud of the Coach find, but I really love everything I got. What do you think? Found any thrifting gems lately?

I know! I first picked them out because I liked them, then I saw they were Coach and they fit perfectly! 🙂

Thanks, JoAnn! I usually don’t get that lucky, but it was pretty exciting to get some Coach shoes for $5!!

Mel, those finds are amazing! I love that Express skirt especially! (And the Coach shoes, obviously.) So awesome!

Thanks! I kind of got that skirt with Vegas in mind… it’s pretty sparkly in person.
